Let’s be honest
Shaving, waxing, tweezing, plucking - basically hair removal in general, is just a task we’d all rather do without.
Everyone loves the smooth, silky feeling of recently-shaved or waxed skin; the spots, cuts, rashes and ingrown hairs, however…not so much.
And that’s before we get on to how quickly the hair seems to reappear! It feels like you shaved literally ten minutes ago when suddenly you see an army of new hairs persistently forcing their way back into your life. Arghhh!
If you’re fed up with shaving, shaving, and then shaving some more - laser hair removal could be a suitable alternative to everything you’ve tried so far.
Unlike other hair removal methods, laser hair removal can offer up to a 90% reduction in hair growth. It’s pain-free, quick, clean and requires minimal maintenance.
Our medical practitioners are fully qualified and highly experienced in laser hair removal treatments all over the body. There’s no need to worry if you’ve never had laser hair removal before; we can talk you through the process, discuss expectations and help you achieve your dream of irresistibly smooth, blemish-free skin.

Laser hair removal offers results like nothing else. With a long list of benefits and a wide area of coverage, it’s a suitable treatment for most people and areas of the body.
Four great things about laser hair removal:
Laser hair removal works by effectively sending light (which in turn becomes heat) down the pigmentation of the hair and burning the follicle underneath.
As the follicle is burnt and killed off, the root no longer exists, so new hair growth is inhibited.
Due to the pigment playing an essential part in the laser hair removal process, the procedure is suited primarily for people with black or brown hair with a good amount of density.
All human hair goes through four different growth stages: anagen, catagen, telogen and exogen. Because each hair in the removal area will be in a different cycle stage, it’s important to have between 6-8 sessions. This will ensure that all hair in the target area is removed successfully.View price

Laser hair surgery is suitable for most people with dark hair of medium or thick density.
Other factors will determine your suitability for the procedure, such as the usage of some medication and your skin type. Before booking in for laser hair removal, we can offer a consultation over the phone to learn more about you and advise on your suitability.
Before we can start removing those pesky hairs, you will need to make sure you’ve done a few things.
You must cleanly shave the area within 24hours before the laser treatment. We’d recommend manual razors over electric as they will cut the hair shorter. Do not wax, pluck or tweeze the area beforehand - leave it to the laser to do the follicle removal work!
The surface of the skin must also be free from makeup, fake tanning products, lotion, suncream and deodorant. This is because the laser is a heat source and targets pigment; we don’t want you getting burnt.
We’d also strongly suggest not letting the target area be exposed to heavy sun four weeks prior to treatment.
The laser targets hair at a specific stage of the growth cycle and sends light (heat) through the pigment to destroy the follicle and root of the hair. The marvels of modern technology, hey? What a time to be alive!
We would have consulted with you beforehand, and we will adjust the strength of the laser before we start to match your skin type and complexion. Whilst the treatment is being carried out, we keep an eye on how your skin is reacting and can apply cooling gel in sensitive areas.
We use a state of the art smart diode machine which gives our clients a totally pain-free experience. There is only a feeling of warmth on the affected area when the procedure is being carried out.
After the treatment, you shouldn’t experience any pain or discomfort, but we would recommend staying away from the gym, saunas and very hot showers immediately after. This is because the heat stays in your skin for 24 hours, and anything that will raise your temperature further can promote an environment for bacteria and spots to form.
The hair needs to be shaved so that it still exists below the skin's surface. This way, the laser can target it and zap it away.
Laser hair removal can be done anywhere on the body - even the sensitive parts.
Common areas for treatment are:
One session can give a hair reduction of up to 20%, but due to the hairs in the area being in different stages of the hair growth cycle, we would recommend at least 6-8 to get that coveted 90% reduction rate.
Absolutely! If you have hair, we can remove it.
