Do I need to prepare?
Before your first treatment, we heavily recommend fasting until the evening of the day of the surgery up until the morning of the next day. We suggest this because it helps discharge and decompose the unused body fat which will reduce the size of the fat cells.
What about afterwards?
After the treatment, it is essential to drink a minimum of 300ml straight away. This helps to dilute the solution as it is heavily concentrated.
You should also avoid any late night meals or heavy snacking for maximum effect.
Massaging the area is also recommended and light exercise will not cause you any issues.
