  • Avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption for at least 24 hours
  • Avoid taking any necessary blood thinning medication or talk to your doctor about it before the Botox treatment
  • Avoid rubbing or massaging the injected areas for a minimum of four hours, but this can include other areas around the injections too.
