What are Russian lips?

The Russian lip technique is made up of various techniques that heighten the lip, creating the illusion that the space between the nose and lip (philtrum) has been shortened. As the top lip is enlarged, the lower lip is also exaggerated and dropped lower than its previous position, creating a “V” shaped curve towards the chin.
