At Moon Aesthetics, we are here to advise you on any aftercare that you may need for your cheek fillers. We will provide the necessary aftercare straight after the procedure.

You should expect some swelling, redness, tenderness and bruising to the area. These are temporary side effects and will wear off within a few hours or the next day. During this time, you should avoid touching the area as it can be extremely sensitive.

It is recommended to apply a cold compress to the area to reduce swelling and any pain you are still experiencing. Staying away from heat sources and trying not to exert yourself can also alleviate this. This means temporarily suspending exercise and avoiding sources of heat, such as saunas.
